Sample Customer Inquiries:
- Wasp Nest in Children’s Play House: Hi, I was wondering if you can help us. We have a small wasp nest that is in our children’s play house in the garden. I was wondering how much it might be to have them removed. Is there a way of doing this that won’t cause issues to children and pets?
- Mice Between Cellar Ceiling and Living Room Floorboards: Good evening, I have heard mice in the space between my cellar ceiling and my living room floorboards. On Saturday, I placed a single dose of Ratkill bait and a trap in the space where I had heard the mice. Luckily, I have a little hatch door so I am able to gain access. I have heard no activity all day today, so I was hopeful that the trap or bait had worked. But tonight, we have heard activity around the hatch again. Obviously, we need expert help or advice. I was wondering if you could fit us in for an appointment.
- Potential Bee/Wasp Nest Under Bath: Potential bee/wasp nest under the bath, coming in from a hole in the outside wall. Would like to request a quote for inspection/removal, please.
- Mouse Nest Above Ground Floor Ceiling: I think we have a mouse nest above our ground floor ceiling. We’ve not seen any, but this morning started to hear a lot of scratching running along one wall, and I’m keen to get rid of them before they get comfortable.
- Wasp Nest in Tree: Wasp nest in a tree.
- Birds Nesting Under Solar Panels: Solar panels have not attracted birds until this year. Feral pigeons are on the rooftop constantly trying to make a nest under the panels. What would it cost to put a deterrent?
- Young Rat Seen in Garden: A young rat was seen coming from a neighbor’s garden crossing the road to our garden, and then seen by us in our back garden investigating flower pots, etc. No food here, but neighbors feed everything living, pigeons, foxes, cats, etc.
- Squirrels in the House: Hi. Squirrels have moved in at my house. If you can help, please contact me on the number provided. Many thanks.
- Rat Problem in the Area: There is a rat problem in my area, and we have at least freed 4 rats. Now I saw another one this evening when I entered the kitchen. This problem is stressing everyone out in the household. Please get back to me ASAP.
- Squirrels Accessing Loft: I have just discovered squirrels accessing my loft!
- Pigeons Roosting on Roof: Hello. We have a problem with pigeons roosting on our roof. No obvious reason why. They are also on the next-door roof. Fairly large Victorian house.
